Got lots of issues with Premier Auto Shippers. Starting from the pick up date. They couldn't find out a driver for long time.
But the bigger issue is, we agreed on $900 (i have the invoice with me), in which $150 was service fee, and rest $750 was for driver. But at the day of delivery, driver said that, I need to pay $1000 to him. Then I called Premier Auto Shippers (Mike), and he told me to pay the full money ($1000 instead of $750), and then they will send me $250 refund. And they never did...

I have the dispatch sheet that driver gave to me, where I can see that Premier Auto is agreed to pay $1000 to driver, so it is obviously not driver's fault.

Then I called Mike tens of times. It is very hard to reach him, he is either at lunch, or call me 30 mins later, or I will call you in few hours. But never happened. After more than 4 months, today he said that, it is drivers faults, so I should ask refund from driver.

Never work with this company. They lied to me for months, was expecting me to stop. And now, they say ask from driver. I have both invoice from Premier Auto showing 750 for driver, and the dispatch sheet showing $1000 for the driver.

so in summary:
1. they fraud (charge you more than what they say)
2. liar (say they will refund me, but never did, and at the end rejected)
3. very hard to reach

if you want trouble, go and work with them.
