This company gave different Quotes at different times. After paying the "brokerage fee" There was little to no contact unless initiated by myself. Their refund policy and contract is simply put on. They have no intention of honoring either one.
The price quoted was not the price they told the delivery service ( Cowboys transport) , which was great throughout this no thanks to Lee or his merry band of thieves, They promised the delivery service (Cowboys) that they would pay them the difference in price and 2 hours from delivery they still hadn't paid nor contacted them again.
This ended up costing me the extra100.00 dollars. Lee and his gang ,have as of this writing promised to credit me the 100 dollars on multiple occasions verbally and in writing, and still have yet to do so. OVER TWO WEEKS!

I can not begin to explain how nasty Lee Paolino was on the phone from the first time that I spoke with him. He will try to shout you down and speak poorly of you. Then he will continue on to say how you do not know what a contract is or how it reads.
His minions seemingly do his bidding with exactly the same tactics.

I have recoded conversations of all business transactions I have had with Lee and his people/ company and would invite ANYONE to listen to them BEFORE giving this company ANYTHING.

It is a buyer beware world we live in and I would definitely warn people to STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE!!!!!

Although it is a relatively small amount, I expect to file papers in small claims court come the end of the week and will ask for all legal remedies available against Lee, his company and the sales agent Gwen Dew for their fraudulent activities.

Again: Stay away !!! don't be fooled as I was. It will cost you more in the end than the "savings" they promise.

Another unfair review. This client as all our clients have the option to refuse a p/u if the carrier who is assigned turns out to need extra $$.We contact the client prior to p/u to let them know and they accept or not.For this route, the driver was going to have to make about a 150 mile rt off the main route to deliver in the part of VA needed. The p/u happened well and delivery was good.It was an extra $100.Sorry for the inconvenience.I would think there would be a little more gratitude for servicing the p/u & delivery in the timely fashion requested
