This was my first time shipping a car from another state. The overall process was a bit of a headache until I switched companies to Premier Auto Shippers. The company I was using before wasted 3 weeks of my time, only to tell me to wait longer. Their customer service in comparison to Premier Auto Shippers was almost non-existent. I had to call several times to get an update and was actually reassured that I had wasted so much of my time. I decided to try another company and called Anthony Chaves back at Premier Auto shipper. Out of the 30+ shipping companies that called, he left an impression. I enjoyed how he ends his voicemails with "bye for now" impllying that he'll be in touch and he'll be ther every step of the way.

Anthony has provided me with impeccable customer service and has restored my faith in shipping cars from another state. He was on the ball and did everything he could to make this an easy process for me. I was very impressed how many times he contaced me to make sure everything was going well and helped with every step of the way. He even provided me with his cell phone number in case I needed anything through the whole process, even after my car was picked up.

The cost to ship my car with Premier Auto was a bit more expensive than the other company, however the extra money was definitely worth it for the quality of customer service and promptness I have received.

I'd like to personally thank Anthony Chaves for the service that he has provided me with, it will not be forgotten. He has made the entire process a pleasant experience and is a joy to talk to. If I have to use an auto shipping company in the future, I know I will return my business for the care, compassion and service I have received. I will definitely recommend Premier Auto Shippers, specifically Anthony to all of my friends and family looking to ship a car.

I look forward to receiving my car, and hope the delivery service is as prompt and professional as getting the car picked up.
