I placed a shipping order with Anthony at Premier for my SUV to picked up by the weekend of September 30, 2012 so that it could be in Californa by 10/5/21. After I paid a $200 deposit my invoice (3827) was faxed and emailed to me with a remainder balance of $825 to be paid upon delivery of my SUV. The invoice stated that the vehicle was to be picked up no later than 9/30/2012 in order to be delivered by 10/5/2012. Needless to say, the weekend came and Premier is not opened on the weekends. After calling all weekend only to find out on Monday that they are closed on the weekend, Michael told me that he was still looking for a driver to pickup my SUV. After checking in with Michael all day Monday he finally told me shortly before closing time that he had a driver to pickup my SUV and that he would call me Tuesday morning with the instructions. Michael never called me Tuesday morning, I called him at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon. Michael told me he was trying to find a driver that could pick my SUV up Tuesday night and that he (Michael) would call me at 5:30. At 5:35 I called Michael only for him to tell me that the driver was charging $1400 and that they were using their broker's fee of $200 to get it down to the $1200 that I was responsibe for paying. Michael gave me this information 20 minutes prior to the close of their business, therefore, putting me in a hard place. He figured I needed them at that time and that I would pay whatever was asked. The driver called me to set up a time, but due to the frustration of dealing with Anthony, Michael and Lee (whom claims to be one of four owners of Premier) I cancelled the order Tuesday night. It was not the driver's fault, however, I could not further agree to allow Premier to get the credit for supposedly making a customer happy, because I was totally ticked off at Premier not the driver. I was speaking with Lee this morning and pretty much his attitude was apologetic but also it is what it is. As I was reading other reviews pertaining to Premier, some were good but the majority of the ones that were within four months of this date were very poor. One in particular stuck with me concerning the parents that lost their son in Afghanistan. If Premier can take advantage of parents that were trying to get their vehicle home that belonged to their fallen soldier son then Premier can scam anybody. Premier a word of advice to you, YOU CANNOT STAY IN BUSINESS AND CONTINUE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS AS YOU HAVE ALREADY DONE SO MANY. This will stop sooner than later. YOU WILL REMEMBER MY NAME. This was a totally dishonest experience. I will never ever refer anyone to this company and I have reported this company to the BBB. HORRIBLE!!!!
