POOR SERVICE IS A PLUS FOR THEM

I placed an order on May 8, to have my car picked up on 21 May. When I was first trying to find a company, Jim would call every day sometimes several times a day to see if I was ready to sign into a contract and provide a credit card number. Once I signed a contract and provided a credit card number, I NEVER heard back again. I knew sometimes the dates couldnt be exact so I waited a week and left a message. I then called again on June 7, over two weeks LATER and was told I shouldve called sooner, but they would have an answer by Firday or Monday the latest. Monday came around and I had to call again, Michael (manager; supposedly) then said I never followed up and that I should have called to remind them. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Anyways on Monday he said he would have something that evening which of course they FAILED to do. Wednesday I called early in the morning they said they were working on a contract and would call back in two hours and to call them back later in the day if I didnt hear back. Called later that day, was told he would call back immediately, NEVER DID!! They repeatedly LIED, were RUDE and POOR service. It was funny that I can hear another person saying to another customer on the line "yeah sometimes things change, but call back later!" Don't use this service. I guess I should have used a company that my friends had used before.
