After our son was killed in Afghanistan we needed our car he was using brought home to Oklahoma from New York. We contacted this company and talked to Mike and Dan. They told us that there was no problem it would be picked up from the company holding it on or near the 13th of May. We called on the 14th to check the status and talked to a guy named Lee. He was rude and confrontational on the phone with both my wife and I. He said we canceled the pickup and it was on us. I told him that was a LIE and he said again we canceled it over a $50.00 extra charges we were told about several days ago. We were contacted by Mike about the extra $50.00 charge that some driver required that we though was suspicious and we approved it to get the car picked up. I asked Lee what was going to be done he said he would put it out again for pickup and we would find something out when we found it out. My wife and I expressed to Mike and Dan several times we didn’t want to do business with them if they were going to rip us off, I guess they just couldn’t resist. They have our money and we have no car.
If they would rip off the parents of a soldier killed in action then what will they do to you? I guess I will have to sue to get my money back
