I had a contract with Premier Auto Shippers dated 2/29/2012 and paid Broker Fee of $128.99 by credit card.
My contract with Premier Auto Shippers stated the Carrier Fee as $445.00.
Carrier picked up vehicle 2/15/2012.
The Carrier Fee upon delivery was actually $585.00 and had to be paid the additional $140 by receiving party (my son) or vehicle would not be left. 3/17/2012
I have filed a contractual fraud claim with Chase bank (my credit card company). 3/18/2012
Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau of West Florida, Inc. Case # 67221194.
