THis was my first experience shipping a motorcycle. I didnt know once you clicked for a quote calls would come in almost every 15 minutes. I deceded to use Premier Auto Shippers before I knew about and viewed the review websites. Everything started out great they found a truck and had me scheduled. While I was waiting for them to fax the contract and after I paid the $150 deposit, I looked at their reviews. I found in the reviews that after you pay the deposit they will not answer the phone and if they do the person I was working with was always on the phone with another customer. After 10 attempts to contact Lee I decided to cancel the shipment. So I called once more and told the guy that answered, I was cancelling the shipment. Wow, all of a sudden Lee was available. Lee started off kind and apoligizing. When I stood my ground and told him that I did not trust him, he turned into a little monster. He said in a few choice words, no matter what you do I got the $150 dollars and you cant get it back. What he didnt know is that I had already stopped payment. My experience with this company was horrible. Beware and do your research prior to talking to anyone.
