Wow... I have just been through the ringer with this scam company out of Florida. I purchased a great hunting truck that was in Oregon. I submitted my name to get quotes from the link on eBay to ship the vehicle from Oregon to California 600 miles. I had quotes ranging from $375 to $675. I gave Premier Auto Shipping the deal because they were somewhere in the middle (I'll pay extra for good customer service).

These guys are HORRIBLE! Steve Isreal guaranteed me pick up on a Monday and delivery by Wednesday. They took a deposit of $150. I signed an agreement with them because of the following email from Steve:

"Order #1614 placed: Thu Oct 27 09:50:12 PDT 2011

Dear Jason:

Thank you for placing an order with Premier Auto Shippers, Inc.. Please find your order information below. If any information is incorrect please contact us immediately. We guarantee your pick-up on 10-31-2011 and drop off date is 11-02-2011. Once again, thank you for your business.

Sincerely,

Steve Israel

Monday came and went... nobody called the pickup contact. So, I called and spoke to Nick, Lee (dispatch) and Chris. Chris said he was the owner and he would "take care of it" and call me back. No call back from Chris. I called back again and Lee, in dispatch, said he had a driver and the truck would be picked up "tomorrow". They gave me the number to the driver and he promised that the truck would be picked. With nobody EVER returning my call, I was betting that nobody was going to make the pick up.

I received a call this morning, they told me that they would not pick up the truck because they wanted "significantly more money". Typical bait and switch.

In the end, Lee yelled at me, "Hey, I don't need your money... I could give a sh*t less if I get your $150! It means nothing to me!". These guys are scum bags and they will have no issues taking $150 deposit and not getting anything done or returning your calls to let you know your getting screwed!

He said he would refund my money and hung up the phone on me. My bet, again, is that I'll never see the refund (they have not followed through on one action item). I have since contacted AMEX to make them aware of these scam artists.

I am shocked that anyone has given high marks for these guys (unless it's them adding the good remarks). My suggestions is to NOT give a deposit to ANYONE. Have them give you proof that they have a driver ready to move your vehicle before you give a deposit and DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY. SCAM, SCAM! Move on to the next company! They will waste your time and money...

Good luck out there!

I apologize to Jason for the trouble we went through for getting this vehicle picked up. When he set up the order we stressed to him the difficulty we would have in getting a driver to Klamath Falls, OR due to the fact it was so far from any major highway. That being said, we were STILL able to find him a driver. Unfortunately, the driver cancelled due to a mechanical failure on his truck. When I explained this to Jason he laughed uncontrollably and hung up on us. The best part of this review is the fact that Jason edited the "order placed" email from Steve. In no way, shape, or form has any of our emails from any of our reps said that we guarantee an exact date for pickup. Jason's second lie was that our manager cursed at him saying we don't care about his money. If for any reason our company does not come through with our end of the contract, we instantly refund our customers. I again apologize to Jason for the inconvenience, but I think this review has lie after lie in it and should not even be on this site.
