They tell you one thing and they do another. We sent them a certified letter to get our deposit back AFTER they told us they could not pick-up our car (after having cancelled on use on more than three separate occasions). They don't have a customer service department that can provide any information and the general manager (Kevin Gray) is abusive with his language and his demeanor. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am in the process of contacting the Florida State Attorney General's Office and the DOT to get them shut down.
