From the day the picked up my car the whole operation was very shady.

They had no idea when my car was going to arrive in Florida, and continued to insist "the driver will call you, " and professed the car would arrive "by the weekend 3-5 days" Since I never heard from a driver, I called them everyday to inquire where the car was at, repeatedly they told me the car was on the truck, on its way to FL and would arrive "the next day."

SEVEN days later I find out the car is still SITTING ON THE TRUCK in Boston, and has not moved since during the week they had possession of the car. Mind you..they told me that same morning.."the car would be there tomorrow."

I went and retrieved the car off of the truck, and found alternative transportation, as I did not trust these people to any longer transport my vehicle. They are not accredited by the BBB, and I strongly advise people to avoid using this company. My car was never in a "secure lot" it was on top of the truck on a side street for 7 days.

Had I let them take my car to Florida, I'm sure it would not of arrived for another 5 days or more, as they claimed "the truck had problems"...if that was the case they should of stated that, instead of lying to me for 5 days straight, insisting my car was already in route.
