I had contacted another broker for pickup of my car to go from Missouri to California. Nine days after that call, and as the day for the pick up came, the company had still not gotten a carrier. We were flying out to California and I needed my car to be picked up before we left. I was desperate to get our car picked up. I called Polar Express, another company that submitted a quote to me. I got Ashley on the phone late in the day and told her of my dilemma. She called back the next morning and told me she had a carrier in my city and could pick the car up that day and get it delivered on the day of my arrival. She faxed me the paperwork and after I faxed it back to her, I got a call from the driver telling me he was ready for my car. WOW!! Imagine, one day service from my call to pickup. Usually, unheard of in the auto transport business. We return to St. Louis in April. I already told Ashley I would call her in mid March to set up the return. Absolutely wonderful service. The driver assured me that he would be delivering my car when I got off the plane in California. I have complete confidence he wil do thatl.
