After receiving quite a few emails and phone calls I became very frustrated until I spoke with a calming voice at the other end of the telephone. That person happened to be Casey with Polar Express. He took the time to explain how the industry is structured. Although he was not the lowest price he seemed to be the most honest. He did not bash other companies or rant on and on about why the vehicle wont get moved. He simply told me what needed to be done to safely and efficiently ship the vehicle. I paid there broker fee of $150 once the vehicle was assigned to the carrier and the remaining balance once the car was delivered. Thanks again!
