Company uses your debit card to make charges after the account is paid in full. The company promptly returned the funds the first time they were caught but has resisted making payment or even offering an explanation after they made a second charge months after the account was closed. I had to cancel my debit card, report the fraud to my bank, and contact all the other reputable firms that have me on auto debit. I got disconnected the last time I phoned them after promising to transfer me to the "boss". I tried to be reasonable but now I am just plain mad and hope the bank can resolve this for me. And NO this company did not pay me to write this review.
