Awesome service!!!! On time delivery and excellent communication!!
I transfer cars twice a year and I used to book it with transportation brokers. And then one of my friend introduced me to Pioneer Auto Express. Since then I only use their service directly. I didn't have to go through broker anymore. Pioneer's pick up and delivery time is very accurate always. I strongly recommend to use Pioneer directly instead of using brokers. Some of my cars had the tracking system and I checked it thru internet. Not letting Pioneer know that my car had a tracking system, Pioneer always updated with me where my car was. When I used brokers service before, they never updated my car's location. Pioneer rules!!!!!!

Thanks for the kind words Steve. We recognize that success in our business depends on certain crucial principles, including timeliness, communication, and professionalism. I am glad that you experienced all three. In terms of the tracking system, we started to implement them on some of our trucks to ensure accuracy. Because of the positive responses we had from our customers, we have now put them of most of our trucks. Once again, we're glad you were happy with our service.
