I had previously contracted with Express Auto and they underbid my vehicle so it sat for 3 weeks with no movement. I then contacted several companies some brokers, some carriers. I contacted Pioneer on a Friday afternoon and received a quote to ship my vehicle from VA to CA. They told me they would have a driver on Wed. and I told them I would like to see a contract with terms and conditions since they are a carrier and not a broker there is no website. Kenny told me he would email a contract to me on Monday. Monday came and I never got a contract so I was still receiving quotes from other people and reading reviews. I came across 1-2-go to and it seemed they had a good record and mid price which should move my vehicle. On Monday evening I signed a contract with them and they proceeded to post my vehicle. I got a call Tues. that Interstate Autotransport would be picking up my vehicle on Wed. and that a driver would be calling me. I got a call from a driver who barely spoke English Tues. around noon and he said he would pick up my vehicle Wed. around 5pm. GREAT! Then I got a call from Pioneer at 2pm and they said they were having a driver come tomorrow to pick up my car. I told them I never got a contract from them and they admitted not sending one and I told them I had gone with someone else. They said that 1-2-go2 called them and asked them to take our car but they told them they already had it. I then got a call at 7pm from a different driver who said he would be picking up my car tomorrow afternoon. I told him a driver already called and he said it wasnt from his company. I called Interstate which is who we were contracted with and they verified the 2nd driver was mine. Guess who the first driver belonged to? Pioneer! They were still sending their driver to try and beat the other company to my car! Their( Pioneer) driver called me at 7am on Wed. and left a message on our answer machine that said he would be there at 5pm to get our car. At this point I contacted our broker 1-2-go to and told them what was happening and their dispatcher said he would call their driver off. 1-2-go2 handled it beautifully and I know longer had to worry about Pioneer showing up and trying to take my car. Any company who tries to steal another mans supper should be closed down. They might do things that way in Korea where they are from but not here is the U.S. Shame on Pioneer for trying to snake someone elses load!

We apoligize for any mix up. We move thousands of vehicles for month. There is no need to take anyone else's order. This order was a mix up and we wanted to make sure not to leave the customer hanging.
