Terrible customer service and experience. Cheryl was very nice to deal with in the beginning, not sure what changed with her attitude. They clearly don't care about customers after they take your money and don't do anything for you. Dean Severns is very unreasonable and does not understand facts or logic, even when presented in a very simple manor. I would not recommend doing business with this company until they realize they need to improve their customer service and treat the customer like they truly deserve to be treated. Read other reviews. I should have read them and I would have known to stay away from this place. Seems like they are only in business to take peoples money and provide no service whatsoever. Unbelievable.

It’s unfortunate that you first go to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), (which we are an accredited BBB business) to file a complaint and the BBB rules your complaint invalid, (after reviewing all the supporting documents), as well as the credit card merchant that you filed a dispute with, so you come to this site and file the same complaint/review. Unfortunately, this site does not investigate or vet any reviews and posts anything submitted. You stated you should have read the only other 2 reviews out of over 1000 customers. So, including your review, that is only .003% of our customers and you should have read the responses to those reviews. At Pine Country Logistics LLC, we built our company on integrity, honesty, and transparency, treating every customer fairly and all the same. We have policies in place to ensure that this happens. To maintain full integrity, we must not bend or break our policies to protect our customers equally. We can not and will not change our policies to appease any one customer at the expense of our current customers and past customers. This customer was and is, fully aware of all our policies and was told both verbally and contractually. One of our main policies is to get a verbal acceptance of our policies from every client before ever accepting the customer's order. This one policy assures us that the customer is fully aware of the process, with no unexpected surprises to anyone. It’s unfortunate that this customer will not acknowledge being aware of our policies and the facts of the process, but this does not change the policy or the facts of the process. As stated, we will always stand by our integrity, honesty, and transparency that started and built our company.
