After reviewing customer comments and BBB I decided to go with Phoenix Auto. Having no knowledge of what to expect, Candice took me by the hand and guided me through these unchartered waters. I was shocked when she found a carrier hours after I accepted their quote (I had requested immediate pick-up) and had a date and time for pick-up. Since I was not expecting her to get back to me so quickly, I drove my car to work when the driver contacted my husband to schedule a pick-up that same day, unbelievable! Candice sent an email with the driver's info and kept in touch throughout the process. She was honest, caring, polite and always got back to me promptly to answer my many questions. My vehicle was delivered on time with no damage in California. I would highly recommend Phoenix Auto. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
