Candice was very involved in letting me know the steps that needed to be taken. Very professional and excellent customer service. Other carriers were asking slightly less but Phoenix seemed within the normal range and there were so many good reviews I took them up on their offer. This was my first time shipping a car and there were no problems at all. Candice found an excellent carrier and the car arrived a day ahead of our estimates. Just a little dirty which you would expect for being hauled 2000 miles.
I would happily use them again.
