Worked with Jim at Phoenix Auto Transport. He was knowledgeable and provided me the quotes in a timely manner. Phoenix was pretty much dead center as far as price among the quotes I found.
I worked with Jim and their dispatch person John and they were both friendly and knowledgeable. The car was picked up in a residential community by a large pickup with a trailer, delivered to a central depot for loading onto a car transporter and delivered to my condo complex. The entire process took two days and the driver communicated with me by phone when he was nearby.
I've never shipped a car before, so I didn't really know what to expect. I found no damage or items missing from the vehicle and everyone I dealt with was friendly. Add to that the price, which I think was fair for the service, and I would recommend Phoenix and use them again if I needed to.
