I was very impressed with Rhonda at Phoenix Auto Transport. It did take a lot longer then we had anticipated in getting our vehicle picked up. This was due to the fact that the original quote given to us was much lower then what we ended up paying. The original quote was for $649, but after several days of no drivers interested in taking it, we agreed to increase the bid. We ended up increasing the bid to $899 before we successfully had a driver. However, during this time, Rhonda remained in contact with us and was honest about the fact that it was not a routine route and that she was having a hard time finding a driver willing to take the bid. Once we had a driver, Randy with Mutt Auto Transport, it was smooth sailing. He picked up the vehicle on Friday, just as he had promised and delivered it to us Monday afternoon exactly as he had said. Randy had went over the car with extreme detail with the seller and again with us when he delivered it. Randy was wonderful and treated our car as if it was his own. I would recommend using Phoenix Auto Transport and I would use them again if I needed to transport another vechicle.
