How I picked Phoenix Auto Transport

I did extensive research on the two dozen plus companies that sent me quotes via email or called me. I spent at least two evenings on the internet and created a chart with important items such as paying up front, same truck, no hidden fees (taxes, tolls, ins., etc. all included), and their membership and rating with their Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org). Phoenix was the only one that met all my requirements AND had an "A" rating with their BBB. Membership in the BBB was important to me because if things didn't work out, I wanted someone with authority to be able to intervene...there are lots of horror stories out there once you start looking! Frankly, I didn't put too much importance on this website because I figured out that some companies "rebate" $50 or so after you give them a good review, so I felt this website was kinda self-serving...I put more weight on their membership with a BBB. Once I made the decision and called Phoenix, they looked up my quote number, sent me an email contract to look over and sign, and they called me back in less than an hour with two options for delivery dates. They took my credit card info and after the car was picked up, they charged my card for a portion of the fee ($149) and told me to get cash or a cashier's check for the remainder ($650), made out to the company that would actually transport the car. They also gave me the driver's name and cell phone number. Phoenix's Bob Crisp was in touch with me via email several times and checked to make sure everything was going as scheduled. I never felt like I'd been forgotten and the car was delivered in great shape. I highly recommend Phoenix Auto Transport.
