Bob is hands down, five stars

I've had to ship my car from Oregon to New Jersey. The driver had called me two days before I even got to Jersey to let me know that my car was there and they could deliver whenever it was good for me (they took 3 days to go from OR to NJ). My car was in the exact shape I left it (with the exception of some bird droppings on it but that shouldn't be a concern, it was on an open air truck).

Bob is terrific to work with and an overall wonderful person. I had contacted him after reading raving reviews about him so my expectations were set high. I had checked out lots of companies, some of which owned their their trucks (seemingly more reliable) so it puzzled me that people wanted to work with a broker instead of with the company directly. I was curious so I contacted him. In retropect, he has in every way exceeded my expectations.

The secret behind his overwhelming success with clients is that he's just a fantastic person and to top it off, an incredibly hardworking and honest one too. He never seems to sleep, responding to my concerns, which aren't even urgent at all, during late evenings and on the weekends. In fact, Bob had found the drivers for me while he was on vacation at the Beach with his wife.

What I appreciate about Bob was that he was on my side, genuinely. We had several potential trucks but their rates were higher than what we had anticipated so it made me hesitant. Bob's response was, "sure, let's keep lookin". And we did. He's every moving car owner's dream.
