My son is stationed at Fort Lewis in Washington state. We live in Iowa, and that is where his car was. He wanted his car, so I began looking at options to get it to him. I got several quotes from transport companies. I had never done anything like this before so I was a little skeptical. After looking over a number of quotes, I cut it down to about four that looked pretty good. I then got on transportreviews.com. I looked for the companies that I had some interest in. Phoenixautotransport seemed to stand above the rest. Bob Crisp called me on a sunday and explained his quote and answered any questions that I had. After talking to Bob and seeing that this is a 5-star company,I decided to trust him with my son's car. I called Bob to set things up, he said it may take a couple of days to find someone coming thru Iowa. Half an hour later he called to say he had a transport coming on the day I wanted to ship the car. The next day the driver, Jerry Bromagem, called to touch base. On that friday he came to the very small town we live in and picked up the car. He was not only very professional, but he is also a nice guy. As he drove away with my son's car I felt very comfortable with this decision. He delivered the car to my son at the maingate of Fort Lewis. My son has about 5 months before he ships overseas, so getting his car for a while was very important. Bob and Jerry, my entire family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts. You have made a young soldier very happy! THANK YOU
