The entire process from intial contact to the final confirmatory phone call was courteous, efficient, honest and transparent. We called to arrange the transport of our vehicle from LA area to Oregon and were given an honest estimate of times, prices and a very clear explanation of their policies and pricing. They do not assess a charge until the veicle is loaded and this was made clear to us. The vehicle arrived 4 days after the initial contact with Phoenix Auto Transport was made and 2 days after Kathy posted the job!! We recieved quotes ranging in price from $499 to over $1200 for our transport. Phoenix was the $499 quote and I do not believe we could have recieved more prompt, courteous and detailed service from any of the other companies at any price. Our quote # was 73453.
