My daughter was referred to Phoenix Auto Transport from a satisfied friend who had used them. So my daughter had spoken to Candice at Phoenix about arranging the transport of her new car. My daughter bought a new car in Florida and needed it shipped to Los Angeles where she was living. I live in south Florida and was to pick up the new car for my daugher at the dealership and then have Phoenix find a shipper for her. As I was on my way to the dealership to take delivery of the car for my daughter, Candice called me and told me she already had an auto transport truck waiting several miles from the dealership for the car to be loaded on their truck. This transporter she said was excellent and her top pick. As soon as I got to the dealer, Candice had already faxed the necessary paperwork there. I took delivery of the car and drove it several miles to the truck that was waiting for me at a another dealership where it had just loaded other cars onto the truck. The driver was patiently sitting in the truck when I arrived. He carefully loaded the new car onto the truck on a Tuesday night. On Friday night- only 3
days later, my daughter got her car!!!! Wow- -what great service. The car was delivered in excellent condition, too! I can't sing enough praises to Candice. She took care of every detail, knew the location of the dealer in relation to the location of the auto transport truck, had gotten the dealer's fax number so she could have the fax waiting for me, etc. etc. What a great experience!!!
