Was supposed to give two days notice, gave two hours notice. Driver spoke very broken English and got lost. Was given specific directions how to turn around and come back. Received a call from dispatch saying the driver broke down and maybe they will pick up car the next day. Wasted half my day and car never got picked up, thanks
