After reading all the reviews and finally deciding on someone who I thought would be good to transport our Mustang, I picked a no show. It was really easy to contact Mike Pettit but he never called me back. Don't know if he was having family issues that were major (as he indicated on one coversation he had to go to his daughter's school) but he shouldn't have left us high and dry. Then when we finally got to our destination, after we rented another truck to pull a car carrier ourselves, I get an email that the driver never had our phone number. How in the world could no one have our phone number I called Mike everyday to find out what was going on. I should have known something was wrong when he never called me back after telling me that he would. Would not use this company or recemmed them at all.
