I bought an 18 years old motor vehicle in extremely good shape from a vehicle dealership in Pennsylvania. I asked for a transporter that they would recommend to get my vehicle to me in Nevada. Without any hesitation the folks at the dealership said, "Patriot Transport, Here's the phone number". When I called, Mr. Mike Koberstein answered. I told him what I wanted to do. He asked a couple questions. After that, he quickly gave me an estimate, when he could begin the transport, when I should get my vehicle, and what I should expect to see upon its arrival.
I was kept informed of the entire process as it moved forward. I even received a call from Mike when a part on the truck broke and delayed his trip through Virginia 24 hours to get the part and installing it. As this proceed moved towards to completion I was then called by Mr Chris Chedder to advise me when to expect his arrival and when to expect him at my home. He arrived at the house on time. He parked his "Big Rig" away from impeding the street area and out of the way of the neighborhood traffic. Within minutes he had my vehicle in my driveway. He was an extremely friendly person. He took the time to explain the end of the process, complete the administrative necessities, and make us feel that Patriot Folks were happy to get my business and treated my vehicle like it was a prized possession for them like it was for me. I can and must give these folks a five star rating. They exceeded my expectations for professionalism, service, and ease of everything involved so that I as the Customer had no worries and no stress.
