I contacted several transporters to ship a relatively high end car from Utah to New Hampshire and like most on this site, some got back to me immediately, others got back to me days or weeks later. He was knowledgeable and helped me out, walking me through the process and what to expect. He matched a driver with enclosed carrier to my needs and the turnaround was quick. Once the driver was on board with the transport of my car he kept in contact with the pick up location and with me throughout the process, providing texts or calls letting us know ETA.
While the process was nerve racking Carlos was there to answer my questions and provide guidance. And the driver (Osman from Berk Express) was fantastic. His enclosed trailer was beautiful and he takes pride in moving your prized possession.
