I contacted Patriot Auto Carriers to transport my car from Georgia to North Carolina. I spoke with Richard, who was very polite and knowledgeable. He listened to what I needed as to time frame and made sure that my schedule was met. The first driver who was scheduled to pick up my car never showed up. I contacted Richard, who arranged immediately for someone to pick up my car the next morning. The driver was polite and easy to work with. Richard was very interested in my contacting him every step of the way, from initial pickup to final delivery. I will definitely contact Patriot Auto Carriers in the future anytime I need a vehicle transported. Even with the hiccup, the service I received was excellent; and Richard was unfailing pleasant and responsive to my requests. Five stars all around!!
