As a new customer to auto transport I was concerned about the reliability of the entire process. Some reviews are horror stories and I was hoping that I wouldn't have one of those experiences. Thankfully everything went as smooth as could be. My car was picked up and dropped off when promised by Odessa Trucking. Although this review is for Patriot, I figured I'd give them some props as well. Kat called me several times during the days leading up to my pick up and was able to answer all of my questions. Odessa trucking called me several hours before pick up and drop off as well. Originally I was quoted up to $150 more by several other companies and was also quoted $50-$100 less by some lesser known companies. It is totally worth it to go with a company who is rated as high as Patriot, you won't be sorry.
One last thing- as far as my car being dirty. They apparently drove through 8 hours of a snow storm. That explains why my car was soooo dirty. However, its a 2009 Jetta- only 6 months old and now that I've washed it several times, there's barely a scratch on it even though it was on an open carrier.
