Contacted Michael at Passage after submitting a quote request. We had a unique challenge as we were trying to get the car to Ohio for Fathers Day which was a week away (called Monday needed the car by Sunday). Michael said that shouldn't be a problem and all he needed was a $75 deposit to get the car picked up with the remaining balance due at delivery. We live on a historic street in the Cincinnati area with many old oak trees and overhead utility lines, we were curious as to how the truck would be able to make the drop off. Much to our surprise the driver parked in a shopping center lot down the street and unloaded the car there and drove it right into the driveway! Amazed at the service and commitment to excellence, car arrived early and in perfect condition having gained less than 2 miles from its pick up point. Fantastic service, excellent execution pickup to delivery! Highly recommend Michael and the Passage Transport team!
