Worst service, no care/responsibility after you book your vehicle

This was my first and worst transport service experience. I do not wanted to write a negative review and waited for more than month after my car delivery if they resolve my issue or hear me and reply back. I was in contact with Rick at Passage Auto While booking my vehicle he was nice and polite and answering my call and mails, after booking my Vehicle It was a different story in fact when my car was shipped and I found it damaged my experience became pathetic. At the time of Delivery of my car (Ground Force One), I found my car bumper damaged and when I asked driver about that He said he had no idea and start misbehaving in fact when I asked him to provide claim number for that he loaded my car back to his truck and said that now you talk to company they will only deliver my vehicle not me, he was really made me angry. Somehow I thought of paying him and get my car else I do not know when they will again deliver my car and in what shape. I tried calling Rick several time at passage auto as they only booked my vehicle but no response. I contacted ground force one they asked me send pictures of damage, I sent pictures and got the claim number from them, after that I wrote mail/call/SMS about issue to Rick but no reply. Only once Rick picked my phone and said nothing in his hand I had to contact Ground Force One only, I have made several attempt to contacting them but no fruitful reply as every time they are saying will come back to me in next two three day. Last time I was told that John Bell (claim person) will call me on Friday for sure, but did not get any call or mail. I am driving my car with hanging bumper at side and now after a month of following up with them I decided to write this review so at least other people know what are all can happen. One more thing its no door to door and you may need to whole day at the day of deliver as Driver will keep switching time from 9:00 to 11:00 and then 1:30…and so on.

We have used them many times before with no issues and the have a 100% rating with the FMCSA. We must say after this incident with your vehicle we will not be using them again. Your vehicle was 100% insured while in transport. Michael who is in our customer service dept. has been in contact with you many times regarding your claim against the carrier's insurance company and was assisting you with that. We also have a 24/7 Customer Service call center that you are able to call anytime. We are always here to help and assist you with anything that you need! Regarding the door to door service, we 100% provide door to door service....the carrier will always pick up and deliver as close and legally possible to the actual addresses given.
