The person I spoke with name was "Todd" at Passage Auto Transport (561/287-0669).

He promised you "the moon" to get your order/deposit, and never delivered on any of his promises.
Quoted me $455.00 TOTAL including his $75.00 broker fee, and promised he would have the vehicle picked up within 3 days, and delivered to me within 48 hours after they picked it up. That was on Sept. 2, 2015.

He insisted I provide him with my credit card info prior to his doing "anything". He said they would only place the $75. broker fee on the card, and I would pay the actual carrier the remaining $380.00 when the car was delivered to me,. Which I agree to do, no problem.

The following day I get a email from the company stating "I am to pay the carrier $405.00 (not $380.00, they agree to prior to charging my credit card their $75.00 fee).

Then, I never hear a word from "anyone" as Passage, until "Labor Day" (5 days later) when the actual carrier called me on my cell phone and said he was at the dealership to pick up my car and they were closed so he couldn't get the car. Which was not his fault, the dispatcher at Passage never coordinated the day/time of pick up with the dealer. Otherwise, he would have known they would not be open on "Labor Day".
Then, to top it off, Passage charged "another" $150.00 to my credit card without ever speaking to me or emailing me, and when I tried "several times" to contact them by both telephone and email, nobody ever returned my calls or emails. They are crooks - Don't even consider giving them your credit card info. I have contacted my bank to stop payment on the charges they made on my card, so they will get exactly what they deserve "NOTHING"!! Then I contacted South Beach Transport to transport my vehicle. I may have cost a little more to have them do it, but it better than dealing with "Crooks"!!!!!

Dear Robert, Passage Auto Transport did send a driver to your desired pick up date as you requested, the driver waited at the location for over an hour until they had to go ahead and go to their next scheduled pick up so they would stay on schedule. You were notified numerous of times that we had dispatched your vehicle. As stated in our Shipping Agreement that you signed and agreed to, when a car carrier arrives to the pick up location and for any reason the vehicle is not ready for transport there is a industry standard dry run fee of $150. This is for the fuel , miles and time that was wasted on the dry run. Auto Transport is always a Monday through Sunday business and drivers do pick up and deliveries 365 days a year. We are sorry that your vehicle was not ready for transport and that we could not pick up your vehicle. We wish you the best and have a great day!
