Both the broker, Joanne at Parker Auto Transport, and the carrier she selected for me were fantastic. Freindly and helpful at every step. Joanne has high standards for drivers she will work with. My destination in Oregon is not easy to book, and we had to wait of couple of extra days to secure a great carrier, but it was her advice, and it was worth the wait. Pickup was smooth and on time, and delivery was early. The driver (Dan from Logical Logistics) delayed his day off so that he could get the car to my on my preferred day of Friday, rather than on Saturday as first planned. The car arrived in perfect condition, and Dan comments left no doubt in my mind that he knows what he is doing, and tries his darndest to take good car of the vehicles he is transporting. Because I didn't have a license plate on the car, I could not drive it home from our meeting place. Dan helped me load the car on my trailer, and helped me strap it down. He even loaned me two extra straps, and showed me the best way to strap the car without damaging anything. It would never hesitate to do business again with both Parker Auto Transport, and Logical Logistics.
