Disappointed

I am disappointed because I need to cancel my reservation because Parker could not meet the delivery time frame that we had previously agreed to. It is NOT that Parker was not nice (they were), it is not that they did not try (I believe that they did) , but it is that they could not deliver on my one criteria - which was a 48 hour delivery window even though I asked about it several times before I made the order (they could pick-up on any date but could not deliver before a certain date because we would not be there to accept the care). Parker was responsive, respectful, and honest - but could not make it happen. My guess is that I may just be the small percent of people who they could not deliver for. Even though that is the case, they still acted as professionals and while I would not use them again, I do feel I was treated well given they could not make it happen.

Josh, We certainly feel your frustration and disappointment in this matter. We certainly did try to accomplish your needs and bottom line could not. We would certainly like the opportunity to shine at another time. Thank you for understanding and hope that we can shine for you and your needs in the future. The Parker Family
