Scheduling and actual transport went well. However, battery was stolen from vehicle during transport and carrier's position, as documented on their delivery form, is that if the driver was not directly responsible - as, for example, in damaging a vehicle during loading - then it's not their problem. That may be legally accurate, but it doesn't make for a very good customer experience when you're sitting in a parking lot with no way to start a vehicle that's just been dropped off. I thought the carrier was responsible for delivering the vehicle to the destination in the same condition it left the origin. Lesson learned.
