I'm usually a person who shy away from putting out an on-line posting. However, this company truly deserves the excellent rating.
I've never had prior experience on transporting a car (Never mind transporting it coast to coast). I selected this company based on the nearly 100% 5 star ratings. The price quoted wasn't the lowest but it wasn't high as some other companies. I still had reservations in the beginning - as most of the transactions were done via email and I've never met any of the servicer. The car being transported was stored at a friend's home in CA and I'm in NJ.
Once I signed up with Parker Transport, the very next day I was informed a driver was assigned.
I put down the deposit without delay, and an hour later I was notified of the driver's name - Jin from CAA Transport & phone# and estimated pick up date.
Jin called my friend to set up a pick up time on Friday (our 1st choice date). My friend informed me that they were professional and knew what they're doing. The following Friday, I received a call from Jin to set up a pick up place & time for Saturday (The truck can't come into our town). We pciked up the car in good shape and clean.
I considered myself so lucky to have selected Parker Transport (especially after reading horrible experiences other people have with other trucking company). Thank you Parker Transport for the outstanding service, and continue to do what you're doing at such a fair price.
