the pick up and drop off were both earlier than expected, so i ended up rushing around a bit to return a carpet steamer on the pick up side and to find the cash on the drop off side. since i was moving, i didn't have a bank account set up in my new town yet which caused a little panic. luckily, i had family in the area and was able to get the cash. i would have preferred to be able to use a credit card.
but, my car was in as good a shape as i gave it to them in, with the addition of a little dirt from the cross country trip. this is the first time i transported a car and didn't have trouble arranging to receive the car from the company. they came all the way to me and didn't give me excuses about why they couldn't meet me at work or at home, which was a nice change of pace.
