Joanne was very responsive and prompt in dealing with me. The car was picked up one day late, but when I complained about it Joanne immediately responded to me and contacted the driver. I think that the lateness was due to the driver or transport company and not Parker Trucking. It look less than a week to drive the car from California to Maryland, which was much faster than I expected. Additionally, I changed the delivery address from D.C. to Maryland at the last minute, and Joanne worked hard to accommodate the last minute change.
