I was hoping to ship my vehicle with a real trucking company instead of broker. Boy, they have few good reviews on this website; however, I was very disappointed with the whole process.
1. Never sent customer any contract or paper work to confirm the deal. 2. Original quote was $850+$100. It went up $50 to $1,000 at COD point. 3. Sent over driver to pick up anyway without confirmation from customer nor collecting the deposit. The vehicle got picked up while I was away on business trip. 4. Asked me to pay an amount different than the agreeable deposit, $100, on paypal after pick-up. This is why I refused to pay the deposit. 5. Driver wanted $1,000 in cash at delivery or he would put my vehicle in storage. Left me no option. 6. Broker does not take any responsibility on mistake she made. Please view Joanne's email after my vehicle got picked up: .From:Joanne To: Oilwheeler@ymail.com. "U r correct My mistake. Unfortunately I can not find a driver that will do it for less than $900. At this point what would u like to do?". Why do you send me a good faith estimate email? Joanne is in the trucking business for so many years. I have to pay for her mistake. It only took couple of days for her to locate the driver and close her deal. This broker gave low ball estimate and driver told me that the job cost on the e-board was $900. It was not $850 as we agreed. I will be happy to forward all the relevant emails to you, if you email me. I will post this message on BBB website as well.

Fortunately out of all the vehicles that I have shipped and transported, you are only the second person I have come across that has not wanted to pay for a service provided. By not responding to the 4 emails and 2 voice messages does not mean that you do not have to pay. The driver confirmed the price before pickup. If you were not happy with the price, that would of been the time to say something. Your second option was not to let the driver pickup your vehicle if that is not what you wanted to pay. You allowed the driver to pickup your vehicle. What is one left to think??? Instead of resolving the issue, you chose to have a fire drill at time of delivery. You have left me with the impression that you thought you could pay the driver his $900 and not pay my fee. This is why you never responded to all those emails and voice mails I left you. I wish you all the best in lifes adventures ~ Joanne
