I have shipped 4 cars with different carriers and never had a problem. I was very impressed with Justin at All State Carriers. He was very helpful and promtply returned my phone calls. I called to set up shipment from NV to TX and my car was picked up 2 hours later. I have a contract showing a price of $690.

The move was coontracted with Paramount Transportation services. DO NOT let All State carriers contract your shipment with them. The problems started when they arrived to pick up my vehicle. The driver stated there was a $28.79 fuel surcharge. This was NOWHERE on my contract with All State transportation.

The next day the driver called to ask about delivery. I was quoted a delivery date of Tues evening or Weds. The driver asked if there was room for his truck. My vehicle was to be delivered to my parents work, so there was PLENTY of room. It is a commercial location with a very large parking lot and an empty business next door, so their lot is also available.

Monday morning the driver calls my father and states that he can't go to a residence so he would drop the vehicle off at a grocery store 3 miles away. We explained it was not a residence, and the driver was very rude and refused to deliver the vehicle. He said if he came to the 2nd location (which was where the contract showed it needed to be delivered) he would charge us $250. This was NO WHERE on the contract.

We called Justin and the customer service for All State carriers and they dealt with the driver and did get the vehicle delivered to the correct place. They were outstanding, who they contract with are awful.

First of all this customer signed our contract which supercedes any contract with any broker, We as stated in the contract do not Guarantee any delivery dates, we have 11 customers per truck, and have to assist each and every one of them on PU & Deivery. As for his mommy & daddys work, it was a Mini storage facility, our 85 foot truck can't fit, and the business next door, a closed McDonalds wit the driveway chained off. Yes we DO have a fuel surcharge on every car, as allowed by law. We do not break any local, state, or federal commercial vehicle laws, we are, as any carrier is restricted to truck routes, only household carriers are exempt. It would be nice if the brokers would do a better job and explain to there customers.
