HORRIBLE. Did a deposit back in Oct. never heard back from them called Joel's cell multiple times acutally got a call back once and it was apperently a butt call. I heard laughing and talking with his family in the background. Waited a bit to see if anyone looked at the phone or what not and finally hung up and tried back and noone answered. Faxed and emailed a cancellation to get my deposit back and still no word from anyone. VERY POOR communication Very quick to take your money!! Would never recommend them to anyone!!
