I shipped my silver Mazda 6 from California to Maryland. The broker, Pacific Lines Logistics, quoted me $799. I made an initial down payment of $200, and the balance, $599, was to be charged when the carrier offloaded my vehicle. Pacific Lines Logistics was supposed to keep $49 as their share for arranging the deal, and pay KJ Falcon Logistics, the carrier, $750 to transport my vehicle.

Pacific Lines Logistics charged me the the remainder of my balance, $599, before the carrier picked up my car. They failed to respond to multiple calls and emails about when the carrier was going to pick up my car. Pacific Lines Logistics did not pay the carrier the $750 they agreed to, and as a result, my uncle who received the vehicle was liable for that amount in cash. My uncle and I have now paid Pacific Lines Logistics $799, and also $750 to KJ Falcon Logistics.

I have started a dispute on the two charges on my American Express from Pacific Lines Logistics ($200 and $599) because they reneged on their agreement, causing me to overpay. They were dishonest, had poor communication, and inconvenienced me immensely.

UPDATE: After I posted this review, they attempted to claim that I was not their customer, so that my negative review of them would be removed. I sent documentation proving my business with them, and the review is now up on this site again. I hope anybody reading this does not do business with Pacific Lines Logistics. They have made no effort to resolve my problem, but have instead tried to cover up their shady dealings.
