The company has a different billing process than the practice of many other companies, which made me somewhat nervous, until my car did get picked-up on the day I wished for and delivered on-time and intact.

All transactions were done with a credit card, and so no hassle for preparing money orders or cash upon delivery. A deposit was charged upfront when the order was placed, and the remaining balance was charged upon the vehicle being dispatched to a carrier (well before being picked up). The latter part was not clearly conveyed by the sales contact and is also contradictory to the contract. I was not notified of dispatching until I found out a charge on my credit card and called in. All this made me confused and a bit worried. But overall it is not a bad idea to deal with the billing in this way.

My car was assigned to a carrier based in Philadelphia. The driver who came to pick up my car was kind enough to wait for half an hour for me to get back to where my vehicle is. The truck was driven by one driver assisted by a loader, all the way from Philly to L.A. The driver told me that it took them 4 days on the road. My car was picked up on Tuesday late afternoon and delivered on Sunday afternoon.

The quote was one of the lowest quotes that I got and I was happy that my vehicle was shipped on time without damage.

P.S. 11am-1pm is probably the company's lunch time and all incoming calls are directed to voicemail. To talk to a sales person better avoid calling during that time.
