I purchased a car from Missouri and contacted Mr. Augusto immediately after I knew I needed to have it shipped to me in Tennessee. He explained the process to me and even went above and beyond to warn me against competitors and how they low ball you and so on and so forth. This was all the day before Thanksgiving. Within 2 hours I had a scheduled pickup time and Bruce was dead on accurate with his quote. I never, ever expected it to go as smooth as it did. It was an amazing experience. I was contacted with a delivery date and time from the driver himself, within two hours of the vehicle being picked up. I was shocked to find out it would be here the very next day! Especially being Thanksgiving. My new car arrived as scheduled Thanksgiving morning and it was in great shape. The driver was really nice and courteous and met me close to my house. (The major street I live on doesn't allow 18 wheelers on it)

I just wanted Bruce to know how much it meant for me to actually experience great customer service. It's something that is lacking these days, but Bruce knows how to provide it. I would use Bruce time and time again for all of my auto transport needs! Thanks Bruce! Keep doing what you're doing!
