We must respond... No false information is ever given to our customers. We are a no pressure company. We explain the process thoroughly always. We also reiterate again and again that we are here to service our customers from 8am till 11pm each and every day of the week. Unfortunately, in Megan's case, she never contacted us to assist her when there was a problem until afterwards, when our hands were tied. We wish she would have contacted us earlier when we had the ability to contract another truck instead of waiting until after it left. Upon delivery, we contacted her to discuss the discount and she went off on a tirade of curses and screeching at us. Again, we are available until 11 at night to assist our customers. No one should ever sit out an entire day for a carrier.
