As a first time experience transporting a vehcile I was extremely impressed from start to finish and a whole lot nervous. Bruce was excellent in explaining how things worked and answered my questions completely and professionally. Both Bruce and Missy were a pleasure to deal with. Shipping the car from the Fort Hood, Killeen Texas area to Marinetee, WI (60 miles north of Green Bay) is not exactly on the beatten path. Missy told me it might take up to two weeks to find someone to take the job. It was exactly two weeks from the time I requested transport to the day they picked up the vehicle. The transport driver was great. He was professional and kept to his word, calling my sister well in advance so she could ensure she was available to receive the vehicle. I had no set date that the vehcile needed to be in Wisconson so I feel like the seven days it took to get there was more than reasonable. If I ever need to ship a vehicle again, I would definitely use PDQ.
