Fast Pickup, Poor Communication

The car got delivered the day after I booked the shipment, so I am VERY happy about that.

However, I was explicitly promised by Patrick the salesman over the phone that I would be notified when the shipment was booked, when the car would be picked up, and the phone number of the transporter.

That did not happen. My customer was surprised early in the morning by the pickup and I was surprised having to open my shop to receive the car.

I'm disappointed that for their $150 broker fee they couldn't even shoot me an email with that information. The transporter sure worked for his $200, but doesn't seem like this shipping broker is willing to work for their fee. Or at any rate they make promises they don't intend to keep so I won't be back.

PDQ stands for pretty darn Quick and we strive to meet this we dispatched this load for pick up at 11pm and did not feel it appropriate to call at such hour. We did explain to driver to please call 1st thing in the morning to make arrangements to pick up vehicle and if they could not accommodate a pickup time with customer to call us. Patrick is still in training but learning fast and did a great job on having this vehicle picked up PDQ. We are sorry you feel like our customer service was off but we are here from 8-11 pm to discuss any problems you may have. 888-737-3211 We would be very responsive to any compromise due to the mix up of you not being notified in a timely manner.
